User unknownに関する情報

メール送信時 あるいは受信時のエラーでUser unknownが発生する場合の原因や対処のページをまとめました。


メールを送信した場合、以下のエラーでメール配送に失敗する場合があります。

User unknown

これは配送先のメールアドレスに問題があり配送に失敗したのが主な原因です。

エラーの原因はメール本文に記載されていると思われるため確認してください。
おそらくメールアドレスのユーザ名あるいはドメイン名に誤りがあったと思われます。

ユーザ名にスペルミスがないか、本当にこのメールアドレスが現存するかも確認してください。
